Based on Joey’s 5 years of Military fitness experience, you will experience 4 methodical and progressive phases of training to take your fitness to the next level.
Foundation– Basic assessment and learning proper technique of major functional movements. Squat, deadlift, pull-up, presses and push-ups, and Kettlebell Swing
Conditioning– Focus is metabolic conditioning and fat loss circuits.
Strength– Improving your functional strength by working up to your personal bests in 4 key lifts
Build– Focus is building lean muscle mass and toning.
