“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” by Robert Collier. While I have always liked this quote I feel a slight revision to these words of wisdom is in order. That is “Success is the sum of the RIGHT efforts, repeated day in and day out”. In my opinion, this quote has no greater relevance or impact on our lives than the efforts we make towards our health.
