Its Never Too Late to Get Fit

It was while the inquisitive 10-year-old was poring over this year’s nearly 300-page book of facts that he noticed a glaring inaccuracy — one he felt compelled to correct.

Among the book’s 4,000 world records is one for the world’s oldest yoga teacher, listed as a 90-year-old from the U.K.

“I read it about eight times to make sure what I saw was right,” Roe said. “I knew that she wasn’t the oldest.”
